www.DKScaravancentre.com is owned by DKS Caravan Centre Ltd (referred to as “The Shop/we/our/us”). As a user of this website (referred to as “you/your”) you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make (“use/using”) is subject to our terms and conditions below.

1. General

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately and it is your responsibility to read them before placing an order.

2. Products and Order Process

We reserve the right to refuse any order. You will be informed by e-mail and given a full refund should your order be refused.

All items on our website are stock items but if an item is out of stock we will inform you by e-mail. You will then have the option to cancel the order or wait for the item to arrive.

Please note colours or makes of items may differ from those shown unless stated in the product title.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to be as accurate as possible.

3. Payment

Payment for your order is by debit or credit card only.

Full payment must be received before any goods are dispatched.

The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time of ordering plus any relevant carriage costs. The cost of carriage will be added to your order in the shopping basket. If we discover an error in the price of goods we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the new price or cancelling it.

Title to any products you order on this website will pass to you on delivery provided full payment has been received.

4. Returns and Cancellations

We offer a money back guarantee on unwanted goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Items will not be accepted back if the product packaging has been opened or not in state to re-sell. To arrange a return you will need to contact us via email or telephone.

We aim to process refunds quickly but please allow up to 14 days (from the time that an item is received back to us) for a refund to processed.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent, once the original purchased item has been returned.

Gas appliances may not be returned once any packaging has been opened.

Warranties for gas appliances will only be valid if installed by a qualified gas engineer with proof of qualification to carry out installations.

A restocking charge may be applied to goods returned after 14 days.

Warranties for Spare parts for electrical, water, waste, solar, Motor Movers will only be valid if installed by a qualified fitter with proof of their qualification to install.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders next working day for delivery within 5 working days using Royal Mail 2nd class standard delivery.

If you require First Class postage you must contact us to arrange this and may incur additional postage charges.

If you require a guaranteed delivery time or day then please contact us for a quote. This service would be via courier.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address then extra delivery charges may be incurred before your order can be delivered which you would be responsible for any additional payment.

Please check your order immediately, once delivered, as any claims for shortages or damages must be made by e-mail or phone to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographic proof of damage may be requested by us.

If you have asked for your order to be left safe (e.g “by the front door”) this will be completely your responsibility. If you have specified this, no claims will be accepted should the order go missing after delivery (our couriers are able to provide proof of delivery).

Severe weather conditions can add a number of days to estimated delivery times.

We will not accept any liability for delay or failure to deliver goods within estimated timescales.

All deliveries are made to UK mainland, deliveries outside of UK mainland such as Scottish Highlands or Ireland will incur additional costs as dictated by the respective means of postage or carriage required. We will contact you to inform you of any additional charges to your order. You will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full payment refund where applicable.

7. Pricing

All product prices are shown in pounds sterling and inclusive of 20% VAT.

All delivery costs are additional to displayed product prices.
